As stated before all haevy weapons are included two times. The launching rocket for the ML is optional. Besides the known Combi Weapons the Seargent sprue contains Thunderhammer, Lightning Claw, Power Fist, Power Sword, Power Axe and Chainsword (all options quite odd). The reinforcements on the Devs legs are to hold off the recoil and give better stand. Soles are said to be magnetic (wow).Like some rumours already mentioned the new datacards include battle doctrines (tactical, assault and devastator doctrine). These are managed by specific rules of the corresponding models that also tell which doctrine can be used and how often.
Limited Edition Codex includes Dex, Datacards, 6 objective markers, 8 big maps describing the 8 types of power armour and full coloured handbook depicting the colours and insignias of 190 successor chapters.

I simply skimmed through the codex so there will be many gaps and slightly inaccurate parts.
Points costs will not be posted.Chapter Tactics still remain, although every one of them has been 'buffed'.
White Scars for example all get hit & run whether the model has bulky rule or not.
Combat Doctrines only gives to-hit rolls.Devastators do not have Slow and Purposeful.
They do get a wargear allowing the squad to re-roll failed to hits for a single shooting phase.
Tactical squad can carry grav cannon & amp, although it's almost twice as expensive as lascannon.Vanguards get bonus to charge distance, while Ironclad & Venerable dreadnoughts get 4 attacks minimum.
Assault centurions' siege drill now strikes at S10
Legion of the Damned is still in the codex, and it's DS ability has been slightly buffed.Most vehicles, if taken in squadron of three, gain significant buff.
Multiple Stalkers(now with interceptor) can ignore cover, where as three vindicators can instead fire a single shot with apocalyptic blast which ignores cover.That's all I can recall with any degree of clarity.

Ultras get the 3 doctrines other chapters can use the tac one once a game if they take the decurian which is call Gladius Strike force.
Yeah grav canons on tac Squads. RG can add +1 to the dice roll for night fight. No grav on dread that I saw.

Devs and Dev centurions reroll shooting to hit for theirs.ZitatSo,from what i understand of it,the UM trait IS the doctrines,one use each as in the old codex.If an UM army uses the formations that enables other chapters use the doctrines,they get more uses instead.
The best formation from what I saw is strike force ultra. Can arrive turn 1 get +1 shot if ds or +1 a if assault from a vehicle.
All vehicles can squadron you get bonus if you take 3. Whirlwinds get shred and pinning. Preds get monster and tank hunter.

-Honour Guard are still there can be in units of 10 and can take raiders as transport.
-There is a Raider formation.
-Both anti air tanks got better, the stalker can fire twice at 2 targets or can be twin linked.

-I confirm that Dreads have 4 attacks. Cannot take multiple drop pods for units of dread. They have chapter tactics, ninja boost for the UM.
-Contrary to what was said, the Legion of the Damned deep striking is not buffed. Completely unchanged.
-Terminator -5 melta bombs per unit, one per model. TH/SS now cost 2, has said.
-Assault squads comes stock without Jump Packs, but in the final same PPM.
-Assault bikes went down by one melta bomb per model.
-Land speeders went down by one melta bomb, as well some of their weapon upgrade (to lazy to check line by line)
-Stormtalon now comes with a bonus 6" if zooming. Keeps the strafing run. Weapon upgrades cost vastly reduced.
-Dev squads can now take a cherub. Give them the silly look special rules, as well as rerool to hit. For one model. One use only. Yay. Auspex now decreases the cover save by one (12" range).
-Dev centurions have the same price tweaks as assault. Grav cannon is + one melta bomb on them, for a total of five. Costlier for them than for other squads.
-Tank squads are as previously said, with special rules.
-Vindicator lost the stock Storm Bolter, lost one melta bomb per model.AAAAAAAAAAAAND that's all folks.
