ZitatAlles anzeigenEldar mid to late 2012. Possibly 1st or 2nd official 6 ed codex
Guardians being redone. Will include new weapons platform and storm guardian bits.
Avatar getting new fine cast version with weapon options (spear/sword) not as big as FW model, but larger than current.
Lots of new mech options. Jump pack/jet options for walkers similar to new FW models, but unclear if this is new model or upgrade to current model. Upgrade packs don't seem likely, and current model is decent, so I have my doubts about this rumor completely.
New tank options...built on wave serpent/falcon chassis still. Hydra like flak turret, Bonuses against flyers and skimmers. Dcannon tank. And some pulse cannon monster tank...scorpion?
New jet bikes and vypers.
New warlock sculpts.
New aspect sculpts, aspects still likely fine cast.
Some sort of shimmershield device. Portable cover save for a unit, but static once deployed...model in design for it. Sounds fishy to me? But the de have the portal...who knows, I say unlikely.
From obvious dept comes the nightwing and some form of bomber. Neither look at all like de ships, or existing FW. Definitely eldar.
Drop pod of some sort that can carry 20 troops, 10 wraith guard, or 1 wraith lord. Deploys as firebase that has higher cover rating for guardians. Sounds like a bastion that drops into play with a weapons platform attached. Not sure I buy into this rumor completely, it seems too complex the way it's been described. And I never saw any evidence of this in design before.
Cheers. Still super long off, though. Have your salt handy.
Here is the BoLS Lounge thread here. What I found most interesting on these is the implicit confirmation of 6th Edition in roughly the first half of 2012 as we've been hearing for months from other sources.

Von Warseer:
"Warlock rumored to be a fine cast model with 2 head optiosn, 2 right arm/hand options and 2 left arm/hand options.
Guardian box will eliminate hw platform, but guardians themselves to
stay same, add new hw sprue and storm guardian sprue. Rumor is the
"storm" guardians will not be a separate entry in next codex, but just a
guardian upgrade. But don't take much from it yet, my rule rumor hit
ratio is absolute rubbish. Two of the new models are to be at the new "high end" price point. I suspect the bomber and heavy tank would be these two.
The "bastion/drop pod" I had a second confirmation on, description is a
little more plausible this go. Is deployed pre game like a infiltrator.
It is a deployment point for reserves. But 1 unit selected before the
game can arrive turn one. Holds 1 hw on turret. Armor 11 all around.
Grants +1 to cover saves of guardians when "garrisoned". Again, please
assume this is completely filled with salt, I'm passing along what I was
told, and it's a second source. But it's rules, and I haven't seen any
design work to support.Spears most definitely getting new models to go w new jet bikes.
Some concept sketches of vyper have it similar to hornet with weapons platform along side turret. Flatter and sleeker."
Ein anderer User "Daemon" bestätigt oder verneint das ein oder andere, fügt an: Neue Waffenoption für Phantomdroiden.

Neue Gerüchte von Ghost21 (Warseer):
"plastic vampyre,
solitare,
dragon riders,
possibly exodite character
and 2 additional aspect warrior types"Keine Shadowspectres.

Ghost 21 Warseer:
"Guardians will have other options that's all I will add to that
You won't need to take a support platform to make them useful"

Zitat
wel thats exactly why, i could have said , lasblasters were listed as an option but then if they came out n didnt have that option... well you can guess
all ill say is that shurikens wont be so bad, they will have other options, and yes i saw guardians listed with lasblasters but it could be changed
id honestly expect new figures for the older figures, ive even heard jain zar will get an epic model

Rumors: when it rains, it pours... Here's the latest word on the Craftworlders:Via Stickmonkey
I have some very early Eldar rumors. First let me start with a very clear disclaimer:
THESE ARE EARLY RUMORS, CODEX ELDAR IS RUMORED MID TO LATE 2013! I EXPECT MUCH OF THIS TO CHANGE OR EVOLVE FROM WHAT I AM HEARING TODAY!
Ok, very small list, so on to what Im hearing:
Aspects all have a way to move to troops. However, some are limited to one unit only. The phoenix Lords are NOT this mechanism supposedly.
Guardians have a slight points reduction.
Tanks ( night spinner, fire prism, falcon) have a point reduction.
Transports are about the same cost.
Storm guardians are an upgrade of normal guardians.
Rumor those units requiring a guide (wraithguard , wraithlord) longer sit idle when out side range and rolling a 1. Instead they can make a move towards a warlock or other guide. Engaging these units in cc while they are outside their guides range will have penalties, treat as ws 1, i 1. However, guides will have "buffs" they can give. Reroll to hit, bonus save, etc. (To me this sounds suspiciously like changes to nids and the tervigon)
via Romanus (note:A little extra salt here)
heard that they have played with Wave serpents Energy Shields becoming weaker, in that they loose there negative effects against melta etc. Still these are playtesting rumors at this stage so subject to a huge variable of change.
From what I have heard and from other sources around the interwebs the first wave for Eldar would look like:
Flyer - Possibly with 2nd wave flyer release (supposedly related to the large vehicle chassis), I have also heard it is the Nightwing but this would contradict what GW has been saying lately that there wouldn't be anymore direct ports from FW
New Plastic Jetbikes (seen Games Day 2010)
New Plastic Vyper
Larger Vehicle Chassis
Guardian Box incorporating Storm and Battle guardians???
Finecast charactersI know that Eldar are being worked on at the moment, but its mostly throwing around Ideas and seeing how they work. I'm not 100% sure on the design sequence that GW follows but this would seem pretty prelim to me. I know that this has been going on for around six months so far, with some pretty nifty ideas being tried. Thats all I'll say on the matter though
Eldargal jumps in to say:
New Avatar sculpt
New Falcon variants
Entirely new vehicle
New jetbikes and vyper jetbike models
New character sculpts, new special character(s) and new SC sculpts
New versions of Aspect warriors, similar to current models but 'more dynamic'-That's a lot to drop in a short time. Craftworld Eldar are said to be after Tau Empire in 2013. Full details in the BoLS Lounge thread here.

Just found the following in the 3++ is the new black forum, posted by Kirby:
Been informed there are some Eldar boxes floating around warehouses.
How long they get sat on before a codex is released though, who knows.
I'm going to guess around a year off. We know CSM are next and then
Dark Angels with the Hobbit crashing into scenes December, that could
push DA back to early 2013. So mid 2013 is the likely bet for Eldar is
something doesn't shove them out of the way. Here's what I've been told re: boxes. No rules.
plastic Warpspiders/Everguard
plastic Skycharriots/Shining Spears
plastic Phantomwaechter - these might be the shadow spectres?
plastic Jetbikes
plastic Wraithguard/Cataphracts
plastic flyer combi-kit - The flyer is pretty large and has a crossbow
shape, two canopies, one fin. The main variant on the cover has some
lances and a large dorsal distort cannon. The other variant has extra
downward/sideway thrusters, but I don’t remember if it has a different
weapon loadout.plastic phoenix lord niadhau - For Shining Spears, appears to be on a Vyper jetbike.
plastic webway gate
resin box Avatar
resin Black Warden - The Black Warden looks like an female Autarch. She
has a shurikencatapult and a feathered guardian helm with an eye on
it.resin Dire Avenger Xentarch - Appears to be a new English name for Exarch?
resin Howling Banshee Xentarch
resin Fire Dragon Xentarch
resin Striking Scorpion Xentarch
resin box Dragon Riders
resin box Eldritch Raiders - They look like guardians but have no helms
and wear scarfs around the lower head and swashbuckle belts. They are
very individually equipped, have all sorts blades, pistols and/or
rifles. (potentially Storm Guardians?)resin box Halcones Cazadores
resin Warlock
Have at it!
Phantomwächter is German and means Wraithguardian (note, that Wraith
guards are called Phantomdroiden in German, aka Wraith droids)Halcones Cazadores is Spanish for Swooping Hawks
Take it with a mountain of salt as Kirby hasn't posted it on his main page."

Von Bols:
"Okay guys, got some extra details on the earlier Eldar rumors,
specifically artwork and what everything looks like. Still no rules.
Looks like the Xentarchs are indeed Exarchs, whether they are special
Exarch's or just new remodelling is to be seen. We've also got names
nailed down a bit more from translations. With the recent release of the end of this year's schedule looking like
Chaos and Dark Angels getting done, we might see Eldar landing early Q1
2013. This would be very much appreciated. Depending who writes it!Anyway, details below!
Eldar Warpspiders/Everguard
5 per box
Spiders: whole squad looks like the old exarch, no huge weapon, helmets
smaller, but same shape, wrist blades, two small spinner weapons on rod
mount from the back. Spider web like straps on the chest that hold the
backpack (doesn’t look as broad as the old version), running, jumping
and slightly cowering poses, exarch has extra pair of weapons on the
cover, don’t remember the back picturesEverguard: aspect warrior body with runes on the chest, same collar as
warpspiders but no mandible arcs and gas masks, different more
warlock-like face plate and small arc at back of the head, double bladed
two-handed spears, very dynamic models, jets from the side/underside of
the backpack, squad leader has larger head-arc, mantle hangs over the
backpack, flies in the windEldar Sky Charriots/Shining Spears

dragon, owl and hawk head, sideway jets, and a distinct winged chariot
part, parts are connected by arcs.Riders either warlocks but arms are not robed, spear, sword and staff;

3 per box, the same pose as dark eldar jetbike, guardian riders with
smaller helmets or bareheaded with lots of flying hair (80s heavy metal
mane) and without backpack, vyper-esque smooth canopy, jet and wings

hole in the bladeEldar Dragon Riders

all have shining spear lances, sabres and/or sniper rifles as sidearms,
the armor has no decoration, not even gems or small bubbles, only
exception is a gem that holds a cloak that falls to the left side of the

3 per box, look like old versions but have two rods for upper arms and
thighs instead of just one, some have feet, some hooves, large fins at
the backCataphracts: float/fly, fluttering cloth pieces instead of legs, wing-shaped shields and spears, segmented/armored head
Eldar Swooping Hawks
5 per box, larger wings, not so stiff and two-dimensional, several
straps of clothes from the loin, wrists and ankles, model stand on these

of aspect armour where every piece is spread out and connected by a
body of magma, looks like an fire/earth elemental clad in a suit of

hands are armored, blood is dripping from the left, the right is molten
and transformed into a bladeEldar Warlock

nuadhua holds lance upright, one end on the ground, points with axe on
something, shining spear helm with tail of hair, layered armour like
dark eldar-armour but with smooth curves, can be placed on

with roots on itEldar Fire Dragon Xentarch
knees almost, holds very long pike with two hands ready to fire, huge
cluster of grenades on his back and his belt, helm ends in a dragon headEldar Lamia Strike Fighter / Moon Siren Bomber & Eldar Black Warden

Von BOLS:
"The Dark Reaper Exarch regains a classic weapon option from the days of yore. HINT, HINT - it involves skulls and chain.
Aspect Warriors are moving to plastic using the "combo-unit" dual-build
format GW has moved to of late. We'll leave it up to you to guess which
aspects could be paired off into combo-kit boxes with differing
heads/weapon options. The new Eldar flyer is quite curved in nature, with sweeping lines all about. A real head turner.
The new Eldar "big kit" is a wraith construct that shares numerous
design cues with the current War Walker - but much larger. A virtual
beast...Eldar keep their distance from Tau from an overall design theme. They
will be the masters of maneuver and outright speed. Look for multiple
options and units types for jetbikes including up-armored and even
faster versions. Jetbikes as a family may well become the staple
hallmark of the army. They will come in multiple flavors with both
anti-personnel and anti-armor types.FOC wise, look for a whole lot of jumping about of units between the
HEAVY SUPPORT, FAST ATTACK, and ELITES slots. There will be difficult
player decisions to be made in there."

"I have some news for you (and 40k players).
There will be something in the codex called a wraithknight (almost as big as a phantom titan) and a psyker flyer.
Striking Scopion will be a must have!"
Psyker Flyer - Muhahaa!
-
-
Ach, das is Blödsinn. Ich glaube ja eher an den Wraithseer.
-
